PP PE Plastic Film Recycling Pelletizing Line
This Pelletizing Line is mainly used for recycling waste PP and PE soft plastic materials, such as plastic film, packaging film, shopping bags, woven bags, agricultural film, shrink film and other soft plastic waste.
The production line can complete feeding, melting, plasticizing, extrusion, filtration, strand cooling, pellet cutting and pellet collection. The final product is recycled PP/PE plastic pellets, which can be used for film blowing, injection molding, extrusion, pipe production or other recycled plastic applications.
This line adopts a stable feeding system and efficient extrusion system, which is suitable for light and soft plastic materials. According to different raw material conditions and production requirements, the machine can be equipped with force feeder, compactor, hydraulic screen changer, water cooling tank, air dryer and pellet cutter.
The machine has stable performance, easy operation and convenient maintenance. Capacity, voltage, screw design, machine layout and pelletizing method can be customized according to customer requirements.

This PP/PE Film Strand Pelletizing Line is suitable for recycling PP/PE soft plastic waste, such as plastic film, packaging film, shopping bags, agricultural film, woven bags, jumbo bags, stretch film, shrink film and factory plastic scraps.
The final recycled pellets can be used for film blowing, plastic bag production, pipe extrusion, sheet extrusion, injection molding, profile extrusion and other recycled plastic production.
It is widely used in plastic recycling plants, film recycling factories, packaging factories, woven bag recycling plants and plastic pelletizing production lines.
